Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the PuzzleMania service (the "Service") operated by MediaWizards LTD ("MediaWizards", "we", "our", or "us").

Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers and users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We continuously improve and update PuzzleMania to provide subscribers with new content, enhanced functionality and the best possible user experience. As a result, certain features, content or pages may occasionally be modified, temporarily unavailable or updated without prior notice.

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on the Service is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all descriptions, images, availability information or other content will always be complete, current or error-free.

MediaWizards LTD reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions

PuzzleMania is provided as a recurring mobile subscription service.

Subscription is available to eligible e& subscribers in the United Arab Emirates. Activation is completed through the verification process provided by your mobile operator.

After successful activation, your subscription will automatically renew on a daily basis unless cancelled.

Subscription fees are charged directly to your e& mobile account in accordance with your operator's billing procedures.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive 24 hours of free access to PuzzleMania.

During the free trial period, you may enjoy full access to the available content without recurring subscription charges.

Unless you cancel before the free trial expires, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard subscription rate.

MediaWizards LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the free trial offer at any time where permitted by applicable law.

No Long-Term Commitment

PuzzleMania does not require any long-term commitment.

You are free to continue or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription, recurring billing will stop once your cancellation request has been processed by e&. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid period or applicable free trial.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.

Subscription Fee Changes

MediaWizards LTD may revise subscription fees from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or operator requirements, reasonable advance notice will be provided before revised pricing becomes effective.

Continued use of the Service following the effective date of a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the updated subscription fee.

Refund Policy

Subscription charges are processed through your mobile operator.

Refund requests, where applicable, will be considered individually and only where required under applicable law or operator policies.

Except where required by law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, layout, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, visual elements and all other original content (excluding content supplied by users), is and shall remain the exclusive property of MediaWizards LTD and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or otherwise used without the prior written permission of MediaWizards LTD.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MediaWizards LTD, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data or other intangible losses arising from:

• your access to or use of the Service;
• your inability to access or use the Service;
• interruptions or temporary unavailability of the Service;
• any content obtained through the Service;
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• actions or content of third parties.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if MediaWizards LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

MediaWizards LTD makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available without interruption;
• technical errors or defects will always be corrected immediately;
• the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components;
• the Service will always meet every user's expectations or requirements.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by MediaWizards LTD to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MediaWizards LTD regarding your use of the Service and supersede any previous agreements relating to the Service.

Changes to These Terms

MediaWizards LTD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated before they become effective.

Your continued use of PuzzleMania after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should discontinue using the Service.
